Visual Diary: Antibes, France

IMG_0125

Bonjour! Welcome to Antibes, a 16th century town located between Nice and Cannes along the Côte d’Azur. Another charming coastal town with the history dating back to a Greek colony where the Greeks named it “Antipolis” in the 5th century BC and later a Roman settlement. With the captivating old town, beaches, Fort Carré and ports, Antibes is a relaxing town luring both French and foreigners for a getaway. During July Antibes host a well-known Jazz festival called “Jazz à Juan” and it has a few well-known museums including Picasso Museum, Naval Museum of Napoleon and Absinthe Museum.

I was fortunate to explore Antibes for half of the day but I can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of this delightful town. Enjoy the visual diary of Antibes!

Till next time, -M
